研究所畢業證書領取方式 Instructions for school leaving & receiving certificate procedures

 一、114學年度第2學期學位考申請截止日：115年6月5日。

1、The Deadline for the thesis defense oral exam application in the 2026 Fall semester is June 5th.

二、畢業離校於115年8月31日（星期一）下午5時前辦理完畢，逾期者則須完成115學年度第1學期註冊後，方可領取畢業證書。(依據中國醫藥大學研究生修業規定)

2、Graduation procedures should be completed before 5 pm on October 31, 2026. Those who are overdue must complete the registration for the 2027    Spring semester before they can receive the graduate degree. (According to the Regulations)

三、研究生完成學位考試及各項修業規定，成績及格，並經各單位於「畢業資格審查系統」審查確定後，得辦理離校手續。完成畢業條件及離校手續後，始可填寫「研究所畢業證書 郵寄申請表」，由研究生事務處審查後以雙掛號方式郵寄畢業證書，若不符畢業資格及未完成離校手續流程者，學校不會郵寄畢業證書，將另行通知，待其符合畢業條件及完成離校手續後方郵寄。

3、 After the graduate student has completed the degree examinations and various academic requirements and has been confirmed by each unit in the " Records of Graduation Qualification"， he may apply for graduation.
